※The documents to be presented or submitted to the other party, the courts or other related organisations are to be checked by the client. If there are any errors or corrections, they need to be corrected before being presented and submitted.
※”Attendance Note” which shows when, where, with whom and what happens in negotiations or hearings at courts is always reported to the client in writing. Considering these, meetings are held if necessary to confirm/maintain, correct or change the strategies, and the additional preparations/responses may be determined and implemented.
